Abstract:
To suppress influence of individual differences in display panels, on a display image.SOLUTION: A display control device 70 is so formed that a criteria information acquisition unit 76 acquires at least any of luminance characteristics and a color gamut of the display panel to be criteria. A luminance information storage section 86 of an output adjustment unit 78 stores measured values of luminance characteristics of a display destination panel. A luminance range adjusting section 82 gradually adjusts a luminance range of the image so as to be the same luminance range as that of the display panel as the criteria. A color gamut information storage section 88 stores measured values of the cor gamut of the display destination panel. A color adjusting section 84 adjusts pixel values of the image based on the color gamut such that the image is displayed in the same color as that of the display panel as the criteria.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
