Abstract:
To suppress the distortion of a high-frequency signal.SOLUTION: A power amplifier circuit includes: a power amplifier including a first transistor having a first terminal connected electrically to a reference potential, a second terminal receiving the input of a first current and the input of a high-frequency signal, and a third terminal connected electrically to a first power source potential through a first inductor, a capacitor having one end connected electrically to the third terminal of the first transistor, and a second transistor having a first terminal connected electrically to the other end of the capacitor and connected electrically to the reference potential through a second inductor, the second terminal receiving the input of a second current and connected electrically to the reference potential, and the third terminal connected electrically to the first power source potential through a third inductor and outputting a high-frequency output signal; and an adjustment circuit outputting a third current according to the first power source potential or the second power source potential to the second terminal of the second transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
