To provide antibody-drug conjugates with reduced reversible self-association.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides compositions comprising (i) antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising benzodiazepines, and (ii) a small hydrophobic molecule, methods of treatment using the compositions, and methods of formulating the compositions.
