Abstract:
To provide metal azo pigments which have improved dispersion properties with a simultaneous increase in the color intensity, for coloring of plastics and lacquers, for use in inkjets and as a component of color filters for LCDs.SOLUTION: A metal azo pigment comprises adducts of: a) at least two metal azo compounds of the formula (I) which differ at least in the metal ion Me, or tautomers thereof; and melamine or the like.
