Abstract:
To remove sulfur oxides from a combustion gas without increasing facility cost, and to effectively utilize unreacted desulfurization agents.SOLUTION: A coal-fired boiler 10 comprises: a gas duct 41 through which a combustion gas is flowed; a dust collector 44 for removing soot and dust contained in the combustion gas; a desulfurization apparatus 46 for removing sulfur oxides contained in the combustion gas; a bypass duct 60 for bypassing a part of the combustion gas from a branch portion 41f on an upper stream side of the dust collector 44 of the gas duct 41 to a confluence portion 41g between the dust collector 44 of the gas duct 41 and the desulfurization apparatus 46; a bug filter 62 disposed on the bypass duct 60; a first desulfurization agent supply part 64 for supplying a first desulfurization agent to the bug filter 62; and a mixer 68 for recovering the unreacted first desulfurization agent supplied to the bug filter 62 and supply it to the desulfurization apparatus 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
