Abstract:
To provide a method for producing an acrylic polymer, which enables production at a relatively mild temperature, continuous production, and production of an acrylic polymer having a narrow molecular weight distribution.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a (meth)acrylic polymer having a vinyl ether group as a side chain by using a monomer containing an acryloyl group and the vinyl ether group in the same molecule with an alkylene glycol chain interposed therebetween. The method includes a polymerization process where a monomer component containing a vinyl ether-containing (meth)acrylic ester represented by a general formula (1) is polymerized by using a flow reactor.SELECTED DRAWING: None
