Abstract:
To provide an electrolytic regeneration method of, specifically, a Nd-Fe-B scrap solution, which belongs to a field of regeneration resource.SOLUTION: The present invention first removes the antiseptic layer of the Nd-Fe-B demolition waste surface and takes the scrap integrally with Nd-Fe-B magnetism to be used as the anode of the electrolytic system. During the electrolysis process, the anode dissolves, and rare earth and iron ions enter the solution. The iron ions are deposited on the cathode and become high purity iron. The rare earth elements are concentrated in the electrolytic solution in the ionic state. After completion of the electrolysis, the rare earth elements in the electrolyte are recovered by solvent extraction to produce rare earth oxides or to produce rare earth metals. The present invention can recover the high purity electrolytic iron products in the electrolysis process and extract rare earth ions such as Nd, La and Dy remaining in the electrolyte, and the process can be performed at room temperature without requiring high demand for temperature.
