Abstract:
To provide a heat seal label that prevents replacement by other label and tampering.SOLUTION: A heat seal label is stuck to a plastic container subjected to heat treatment and includes a plastic substrate on whose surface information on contents stored in the plastic container is written, and a heat seal layer formed by applying a heat seal agent on a back surface of the plastic substrate. The plastic substrate satisfies either of or both condition (1) such that the plastic substrate has a bubble ratio of 10 to 70% and condition (2) such that it contains an inorganic filler of 10 to 60%. The heat seal agent forms a heat resistant heat seal layer having adhesive force with which the heat seal label does not peel off during the heat treatment of 120°C. When being attempted to be peeled off at normal temperature, the whole heat seal label is broken without being peeled off and the heat seal label partially remains on the surface of the plastic container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
