Abstract:
To provide a forming mold that can strengthen the magnetic field strength of magnetic poles of a magnet roll and a method for manufacturing a magnet roll.SOLUTION: Provided are the mold of forming a magnet roll and the method for manufacturing a magnet roll. A mold 5 is used for forming a mixture composed of ferromagnetic particles and thermoplastic resin extruded into a mold into a magnet roll. Orientation magnets 12 are arranged around the mold. At least one of the orientation magnets is composed of a main magnet whose magnetization direction is toward the mold surface and a pair of side magnets whose magnetization direction is inclined toward the magnetization direction of the main magnet.
