Abstract:
To provide an information processing device, an information processing system, and an information processing method which measure the wiring length of an air conditioner included in the system even when there are multiple pairs of electrically isolated transmission lines in the system.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device measures the wiring length to an air conditioner relayed at inlets of a first system 131A, a second system 131B, and a third system 131C of a centralized system 130 connected to a terminal 121a. Next, the diagnostic device identifies an outdoor unit and an indoor unit included in the first system 131A, the second system 131B, and the third system 131C of an internal/external system 132 on the basis of the measured wiring length, and measures the wiring length to the indoor unit included in each of the first system 131A, the second system 131B, and the third system 131C. The diagnostic device generates topology information of the air conditioning system 120 by using the wiring length measured as described above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
