Abstract:
To improve safety without increasing a manufacturing cost, and improve position accuracy in the tip of a surgical instrument.SOLUTION: A surgery support device includes a plurality of movable bodies connected so as to be operated sequentially, and at least one actuator that generates drive force to cause at least one movable body to be operated. The movable body positioned at one end in a connection direction of the plurality of movable bodies is provided with a holding part for holding a surgical instrument. At least one movable body including a movable body positioned at a surgical instrument side in the connection direction and having a holding part is provided as a distal side movable body. Movable bodies other than distal side movable bodies, including a movable body positioned farthest from the surgical instrument in the connection direction are provided as proximal side movable bodies. With a tolerance of an operation in the movable body when force from the outside other than the drive force by the actuator is imparted as an operation tolerance, the operation tolerance of the distal side movable body is larger than the operation tolerance of the proximal side movable bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
