Abstract:
To provide a TYK2 inhibitor and a use thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a compound and a method useful for inhibiting non-receptor tyrosine-protein kinase 2 ("TYK2") (also known as tyrosine kinase 2). The present invention also provides a pharmaceutically acceptable composition containing the compound of the present invention and a method of using the composition in the treatment of various disorders. It has now been found that the compound of the invention and the pharmaceutically acceptable composition thereof are effective as inhibitors of TYK2 kinase.SELECTED DRAWING: None
