Abstract:
To detect temperatures of heat blocks having resistance adjustment units with temperature detection members in such a manner to avoid the occurrence of an error.SOLUTION: A heater member 330 has: a plurality of heat blocks 331a to 331d, 332 that have resistors that generate heat upon energization and are formed on a surface of a substrate 360; resistance adjustment units 338 that have an electric resistance smaller than the electric resistance of the resistors and are formed on energization paths of the heat blocks; and temperature detection members (thermistors TH1 to TH4) that are disposed to be able to detect temperatures of the heat blocks. The temperature detection members TH1 to TH4 are disposed at positions separated from the resistance adjustment units 338.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
