Abstract:
To provide an absorbent article comprising an absorber having preferable absorbency and wearing feeling, and including no fluff pulp.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 50 comprises: a liquid permeable top sheet 25; a liquid impermeable back sheet 30; and an absorber 1 therebetween. The absorber 1 comprises: a high absorbent sheet 10 including a base substance nonwoven fabric 11 whose surface is raised, a cover nonwoven fabric 15 for covering a part of the raised surface of the base substance nonwoven fabric 11, and high absorbent polymers 12 fastened and carried between raised fibers of the base substance nonwoven fabric 11; and a hydrophilic sheet 20 for covering a non-skin side face of the cover nonwoven fabric 15 and the raised surface of the high absorbent sheet 10. The cover nonwoven fabric 15 is provided on a center part of the base substance nonwoven fabric 11 in the width direction and overlaps the cover nonwoven fabric 15. The raised surface of the high absorbent sheet 10 has a non-existence region 14 of the high absorbent polymer 12, the absorber 1 is configured to be folded into three in a state of directing a non-raised surface of the base substance nonwoven fabric 11 to an inside, both ends of the hydrophilic sheet 20 in the width direction extend so as to overlap each other on an opening side of a groove part 21 of the high absorbent sheet 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
