Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid container, which can be efficiently manufactured without causing a defective shape of the container.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a liquid container, in which a nozzle unit 20 comprises: a pressurized-liquid supply source 33 that can operate in both pressurizing and suction directions; a liquid supply port that is connected to the pressurized-liquid supply source 33 and that is terminated by a blow nozzle 23; and a seal body 26 that opens and closes the liquid supply path by an advancing and retreating operation with respect to a seal surface 23b in the liquid supply port. The manufacturing method comprises: a liquid blow molding step of molding a preform 2 into a liquid container C having a shape along an inner surface of a mold 10 by supplying a liquid L pressurized by the pressurized-liquid supply source 33 from the blow nozzle 23 to inside of the preform 2; and a decompression step of reducing pressure inside the liquid container C by operating the pressurized-liquid supply source 33 in a suction direction while moving the seal body 26 forward to close the liquid supply port at the seal body 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
