Abstract:
To provide a hoist unit that is rotated 90° from its original hoisting form and placed vertically to improve workability while ensuring stability when the hoisting unit is rotated in a machine room for an elevator of the so-called horizontal pull system, in which the machine room is installed on the side of a hoistway.SOLUTION: The hoist unit comprises: a hoist; a first machine beam that fixes and supports a lower part of the hoist; a second machine beam joined to a longitudinal end of the first machine beam perpendicular to a support surface of the first machine beam with the hoist; and a first hanging part and a second hanging part of the first and second machine beams provided near the opposite ends of the first and second machine beams, respectively. The hoist unit is lifted and rotated by engaging hanging tools with the first hanging part and the second hanging part, and is installed in a position where the first machine beam and a wall surface of the machine room, and the second machine beam and a floor surface of the machine room are parallel to each other, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
