Abstract:
To improve maintainability of a transport device classification system.SOLUTION: A transport platform 5 of a classification system is located at a branch point of an article transport path of a transport device, and a plurality of sets of steering drive units, which classify transfer directions of transported articles, are located side by side. Further, on each set of steering drive devices, a directed motor 1, a wheel hub motor module 2, and a drive device 3, which is located above and below the directed motor are located. When a transferred article enters the branch point, the directed motor 1 drives an anchor block of the wheel hub motor module and horizontally rotates the same to a preset angle, and the wheel hub motor module drives and vertically rotates a roller to classify the articles thereon in a prescribed direction in accordance with the designated path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
