Abstract:
To provide a functional membrane having a desired fine uneven pattern structure and having excellent anti-fouling property, water repellency and oil repellency.SOLUTION: Provided is a functional membrane, comprising a layer (A) 12 containing a resin and a layer (B) 13 containing a compound having a perfluoropolyether group. A surface of the layer (B) opposite to the layer (A) has a fine uneven pattern structure. Analytical results of the functional membrane by XPS, while etching the membrane from the layer (B) by Ar-GCIB, satisfy a relational expression (1) and, when a C 1s spectrum is measured, a relational expression (2) is satisfied. Relational expression (1): D1<2×X1 (in the expression, X1 represents a thickness (nm) of the layer (B) and D1 is a depth (nm) at which a concentration of fluorine atom becomes 1 atom% or less). Relational expression (2): D2<2×X1 (in the expression, X1 represents a thickness (nm) of the layer (B) and D2 is a depth (nm) at which no peak is detected in a range of binding energy of 290 to 300 eV).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
