Abstract:
To enhance safety of a driver in a vehicle allowed to be automatically driven.SOLUTION: When a driver is in a state unable to return to drive in a vehicle 10 during automatic drive, a state detection part 28 detects the fact. When it is detected that the driver is in a state unable to return to drive, a time estimation part 34 estimates a required time for securing safety of the driver with respect to each of a plurality of moving patterns of the vehicle 10 for securing safety of the driver and different in an automatic drive mode. The indication part 36 performs automatic drive of the vehicle 10 in accordance with a moving pattern having a shortest required time among the plurality of moving patterns.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
