Abstract:
To provide an air conditioning system control device capable of suppressing deterioration in prediction accuracy of a heat load of a building.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system control device controls an air conditioning system including an air conditioner installed in a room of a building. The air conditioning system control device includes: a parameter learning part for performing learning of heat characteristic parameters of a building; a heat load prediction part for predicting a heat load of the building based on the heat characteristic parameters; and an air conditioner control part for controlling the air conditioner based on the predicted heat load. The parameter learning part learns the air leakage coefficient showing the influence of air leakage in the room where the air conditioner is installed on the room temperature, as one of the heat characteristic parameters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
