Abstract:
To provide a dispersion liquid production device and a dispersion liquid production method capable of surely determining that crushing of the particle agglomerate in a disperse medium reaches the end point thereof during crushing while circulating the disperse medium.SOLUTION: There is provided a dispersion liquid production device MS for producing a particle dispersion liquid in which the particle having the particle size of a prescribed size or less disperses in a disperse medium. The device comprises a crushing instrument 1 for crushing the particle agglomerate in which the particles are agglomerated exceeding a prescribed grain size in the disperse medium, and further comprises a circulation line 2 circulating the disperse medium including at least either one of the particles or agglomerate in the crushing instrument. A first viscometer 41 is provided to a first part 21 of the circulation line, and a second viscometer 42 to a second part 22 different from the first part. Then, the device is configured to be capable of determining whether or not the particle is dispersed in the dispersion medium, based on the respective measured values μ1,μ2 of the first viscometer and the second viscometer when flowing the dispersion medium to the first and second parts of the circulation line while changing the flow rate from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
