Abstract:
To provide a working tool capable of ensuring the safety of a user and carrying out suitable control by considering the skill difference of the user.SOLUTION: An electric tool 10 is equipped with a body portion 11, an auxiliary handle 20 gripped by a used at working, and an acceleration sensor 28. The auxiliary handle 20 has a grip detecting portion 25 that detects grip force with which a user grips the auxiliary handle 20, and a signal transmitting portion 26 that transmits a detection result in the grip detecting portion 25. The body portion 11 has a drive portion 17 that drives a tip end tool, a signal receiving portion 19 that receives a detection result from the signal transmitting portion 26, and a control portion 16 that controls the operation of the drive portion 17. The acceleration sensor 28 detects the behavior of the auxiliary handle 20 or the body portion 11. The control portion 16 decides whether or not the operation of the drive portion 17 is permitted, on the basis of the detection result of the gripping force in the grip detecting portion 25 and the detection result of the behavior in the acceleration sensor 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
