To provide a solid-state battery having a plurality of electrode bodies laminated through insulators, the solid-state battery being capable of preventing a short circuit caused by damage to the insulators when a foreign substance is caught between an insulator and an electrode body.SOLUTION: A solid-state battery 100 includes a plurality of electrode bodies 10, and insulators 20 each of which is arranged between the plurality of electrode bodies 10 so as to be adjacent to each of the electrode bodies 10. The electrode body 10 includes current collectors 1 and 2, electrode active material layers 3 and 4, and a solid electrolyte layer 5. In an adjacent portion between the electrode body 10 and the insulator 20, an adjacent surface of the electrode body 10 is configured by the current collectors 1 and 2. Current collectors which are different from current collectors adjacent via the insulator 20 are connected to each other, whereby the plurality of electrode bodies 10 are connected in series, and the Vickers hardness of the adjacent surface of the insulator 20 is higher than the Vickers hardness of the adjacent surface of the electrode body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
