Abstract:
To provide a carbon dioxide separation structure capable of sufficiently separating and collecting carbon dioxide included in an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine, and capable of being mounted on a vehicle.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide separation structure 30 for separating carbon dioxide included in an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine, comprises a thin film layer 35 formed of: a silicon thin film substrate 32 generating heat by energization, by dope of impurity; and a lithium composite oxide layer 34 being provided on the silicon thin film substrate 32 and formed of a lithium composite oxide. In the carbon dioxide separation structure 30, preferably, the thin film layer 35 has further a silica layer 33 which is formed of silica provided between the silicon thin film substrate 32 and the lithium composite oxide layer 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
