Abstract:
To provide a monitoring device of a food agitation device and a food agitation system capable of facilitating maintenance such as replacement of a stirrer before the stirrer of the food agitation device breaks.SOLUTION: A monitoring device of a food agitation device is a device that monitors a food agitation device having an agitation tank for storing food and a stirrer which is made of a metal material and agitates the food in the agitation tank by rotating. The monitoring device of the food agitation device comprises a risk estimation unit for estimating a risk of breakage that causes the stirrer to break based on the degree of metal fatigue of the stirrer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
