Abstract:
To provide a bellows structure body capable of reinforcing a bellows part which is repeatedly stretched and shrunk.SOLUTION: A bellows structure body 2 is provided to a housing 13, which houses a heating element heated by energization, and is filled with a refrigerant for cooling the heating element. The bellows structure body 2 comprises: a first bellows part 3 constituted of a cylindrical body blocked on one side in a direction of a center shaft O1 and opened on the other side, in which the inner side of the cylindrical body is connected to the inside of the housing 3 and the bellows part stretches/shrinks with a change of pressure in the housing 13; and a second bellows part 4 constituted of a cylindrical body blocked on one side in the direction of the center shaft O1 and opened on the other side, in which the first bellows part 3 is arranged inside or outside the cylindrical body, and which is coupled with the first bellows part 3, stretches/shrinks together with the first bellows part 3 when the first bellows part 3 stretches/shrinks, and supports stretching/shrinkage of the first bellows part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
