Abstract:
To provide an annular seal member which can surely exert a seal function by suppressing the assembling of the annular seal member between inside/outside two members in a state that the annular seal member is inclined, and a seal structure.SOLUTION: A first seal salient part 11 of an annular seal member 10 comprises a first seal point 11b and a second seal point 11c composed of two protrusions contacting with a peripheral face of the other member. Also, the first seal salient part 11 comprises a first recess 11a which is interposed between the first seal point 11b and the second seal point 11c. Then, a distance (a) between an apex 11d of the first seal point 11b and an apex 11e of the second seal point 11c is set longer than a distance (b) between a recessed bottom part 16a of a second recess 16 interposed between a second seal salient part 12 and a fourth seal salient part 14, and a recessed bottom part 17a of a third recess 17 interposed between a third seal salient part 13 and a fifth seal salient part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
