Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a hydraulic piping hose which easily suppresses occurrence of hose slipping-off, liquid leakage and hose swelling and workability reduction during hose manufacture, and the hydraulic piping hose.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a hydraulic piping hose includes: a preparation step S11 of preparing a hose body and a joint fitting; adhesive layer steps S12 and S13 of providing an adhesive layer including a capsule which is destroyed by applying a pressure and presents an adhesive force by discharging a content, in a circumferential direction of an outer peripheral surface in a nipple part; an insertion step S14 of inserting the hose body between the nipple part and a socket part of the joint fitting; and a caulking step S15 of plastically deforming the socket part by pressing it toward the nipple part, and presenting the adhesive force by destroying the capsule included in the adhesive layer when holding a hose between the nipple part and the socket part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
