Abstract:
To provide a technique that can suppress growth of air bubble accumulating in an ink chamber due to infiltration of air into the ink chamber from the outside through a sealing film.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head comprises: a nozzle surface in which a plurality of nozzles for jetting liquid are formed; a flow passage member that defines a portion of a common liquid chamber communicating with the plurality of nozzles, which has a side wall in which a first opening part communicating with the common liquid chamber is formed; and a first flexible film sealing the first opening part and having flexibility. The first flexible film has a displaceable first compliance region, and the first compliance region is provided below a position separated upward by a distance equal to three fourth of the maximum width of the common liquid chamber in a first direction perpendicular to the nozzle surface from the lowest position of the common liquid chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
