Abstract:
To provide a wet powder coating device that suppresses variations of a weight amount due to variations of powder properties of wet powder, when coating the wet powder to a substrate surface by using a same diameter or a different diameter roll.SOLUTION: A wet powder coating device 10 includes: a first roll 12, a second roll 14, a third roll 16 and a fourth roll 18, rotating in an opposite direction to each other; and a molded body supply device 32 for supplying a primary molded body 30 comprising wet powder into a gap G1 between the first roll and the second roll. When coating the primary molded body by using this wet powder coating device, the one having a thickness d being the maximum width dmax or less is used as the primary molded body. The maximum width dmax can be found from a first roll diameter D1, a second roll diameter D2, a nip angle α of the wet powder, a ratio r1(=V2/V1) of a circumferential speed V2 of the second roll to a circumferential speed V1 of the first roll, and G1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
