Abstract:
To provide a composition which contains a large amount of niacinamide and a compound having a hydroxy group and has excellent sense of use without stickiness and an excellent inhibitory effect on crystal deposition.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition which comprises the following components (A) to (C): (A) 1 to 10 mass% of niacinamide, (B) a compound having a hydroxy group, (C) tranexamic acid and further preferably comprises a component (D) silica and/or octenylsuccinate corn starch Al, where the content mass ratio (A)/(D) between the component (A) and the component (D) preferably is 0.5 to 10.SELECTED DRAWING: None
