Abstract:
To provide a video content for improving a value about enjoyment of an e-commerce service, and to provide a technology that achieves motivation of service enjoyment.SOLUTION: In a server system, when receiving login account information from a user terminal 1500, an e-commerce server system comprises: a login processing unit transmits internal processing user ID of a user to the user terminal 1500 to cause the ID to be stored in the user terminal; and a service providing processing unit that provides an e-commerce service on the basis of the internal processing user ID received from the user terminal 1500. Further, a video content providing server system comprises: a video database 580 that stores a plurality of video contents associating an access permission condition based on service enjoyment information on the e-commerce service; and a video providing processing unit that enables the user terminal 1500 to access the video content in which the service enjoyment information associated with the internal processing user ID received from the user terminal 1500 satisfies the access permission condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
