Abstract:
To reduce new implementation for recovery printing when a failure is detected as a result of inspection and improve versatility.SOLUTION: An inspection system performs printing on the basis of a printing job received from an information processing device, notifies jamming to the information processing device on the basis of the occurrence of jamming and receives a re-printing job for re-printing which is generated on the basis of the jamming notification from the information processing device. The inspection system transmits a scan image acquired by scanning the printed matter to an inspection device and receives information indicating that the printed matter has failed quality inspection. The inspection system notifies jamming to the information processing device on the basis of receiving the information indicating a failure result of the inspection, and receives the re-printing job for re-printing which is generated on the basis of the jamming notification from the information processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
