Abstract:
To provide a thermally conductive sheet having excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a thermally conductive sheet includes: a first step of applying a coating liquid containing a thermosetting resin, an inorganic filler and a solvent in a form of a sheet and then drying the coating liquid, thereby obtaining a resin sheet including a semi-cured product of a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler; and a second step of subjecting the resin sheet to press heating to obtain a thermally conductive sheet including a cured product of a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler. The ratio of the specific gravity of the resin sheet to the specific gravity of the thermally conductive sheet is 0.45-0.95.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
