Abstract:
To improve outflow accuracy of a fluid in a valve element driving device.SOLUTION: A valve element driving device 1 includes: a fluid outflow pipe 4; a valve seat 32 having an outflow port 32a connected with the outflow pipe 4; a valve element 31 which is provided at a position facing the valve seat 32 and may rotate with a direction, in which the valve element 31 faces the valve seat 32, set as a rotation axis direction; and a driving source 10 which rotates the valve element 31. The valve seat 32 has a first hole 321 and a second hole 322 connected to the outflow port 32a. The valve element 31 has an eccentric area 313 having an eccentric part 3130 in which a position as seen in a radial direction intersecting with the rotation axis direction changes in a rotation direction of the valve element 31. The first hole 321 may be opened or closed by rotating the valve element 31, and an opening area of the second hole 322 may be adjusted by changing arrangement of the eccentric area 313 in a position facing the second hole 322.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
