管腔内撮像に関するデバイス、システム、及び方法が開示される。一実施形態において、管腔内撮像デバイスが開示される。管腔内撮像デバイスの一実施形態は、患者の体管腔内に挿入されるように構成された可撓性細長部材を備え、可撓性細長部材は、近位部分及び遠位部分を備える。管腔内撮像デバイスは、可撓性細長部材の遠位部分に配設された超音波撮像アセンブリをさらに備える。超音波撮像アセンブリは、支持部材と、支持部材の周りに位置付けられ、近位領域及び遠位領域を含む可撓性基板であって、近位領域が、複数の基板リボンを画定する複数の切り抜きを備える、可撓性基板と、可撓性基板の遠位領域内に一体化された複数のトランスデューサ要素と、可撓性基板の近位領域上に配設された複数の制御回路と、を備える。
