Abstract:
To provide an inspection method capable of easily correcting a guide wave signal.SOLUTION: An inspection method according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a step of transmitting and receiving a guide wave from an ultrasonic sensor installed on an object to be inspected to acquire a first guide wave signal; a step of determining a scaling factor based on information about the known distance between a reference point and a first change point in acoustic impedance and information about the position of the first change point according to the first guide wave signal; and a step of correcting the first guide wave signal with the determined scaling factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
