Abstract:
To reduce hysteresis generated when changing a rotating direction in an electric valve equipped with a planetary gear speed reducer.SOLUTION: An electric valve is equipped with a valve body that has a valve chamber, a cylindrical can that is united to the valve body, a stator member that is equipped outside the can, a rotor member that is equipped inside the can, a speed reducer that reduces the rotation speed of the rotor member and outputs it to an output gear, a screw bearing that is fixed to the valve body and is formed with a female screw portion at a part of an inner peripheral surface, a driver that rotates with the output gear and is provided with a male screw portion screwed with the female screw portion of the screw bearing, a valve body that moves in a direction contacting with/separating from a valve seat provided in the valve chamber, a spring case that is fixed inside the valve body and guides the valve body, and a coil spring that is arranged between the spring case and the valve body and energizes the valve body to the driver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
