Abstract:
To appropriately award incentives to those who have contributed to the purchase of a product, and promote sales of the product.SOLUTION: An incentive awarding system according to an aspect of the present disclosure awards an incentive to a recommender who has contributed to the sale of a product via an e-commerce site. The incentive awarding system includes a user terminal to be used by a user of the e-commerce site, a seller terminal to be used by a person handling the product, and an incentive awarding device that manages incentives based on sales performance of the product. The incentive awarding device acquires recommendation information for the product from the seller terminal and another user terminal used by another user, thereafter acquires sales performance information relating to the sales performance for the product, and determines whether to award an incentive based on whether the sales performance information includes information for identifying the recommender.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
