Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing an SmFeN-based rare earth magnet.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an SmFeN-based rare earth magnet includes the steps of: dispersing SmFeN-based anisotropic magnetic powder containing Sm, Fe and N using media of metal coated with a resin or media of ceramic coated with a resin, and obtaining the dispersed SmFeN-based anisotropic magnetic powder; mixing the dispersed SmFeN-based anisotropic magnetic powder and modifier powder, and obtaining mixed power; compression molding the mixed powder in a magnetic field, and obtaining a magnetic field molding; press sintering the magnetic field molding, and obtaining a sintered body; and heating the sintered body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
