To update a model at a proper timing according to the model.SOLUTION: A model updating device includes: an acquisition unit for inputting information on the state amount of a battery for each target into a learned model and acquiring a degradation state for a predetermined period of time; and an update unit for updating the learned model by using information on the state amount as an input to the learned model when a state comes at least a predetermined number of times in which the input state amount satisfies a first standard set for the state amount and the degradation state satisfies a second reference set for the degradation state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
