Abstract:
To provide an injection molding method for an organic lens, which can suppress an increase in a defective rate of a molded product when filling an injection mold with an urethane (resin) composition containing a high viscosity monomer, and also has good maintainability.SOLUTION: In a method of injection molding an organic lens by filling and curing an urethane composition (formulated liquid) composed of a polyisocyanate (NCO) component and an active hydrogen component into an injection mold cavity, a viscosity of the urethane composition liquid is adjusted to a viscosity suitable for injection molding, and a low-viscosity NCO component having a remarkably low viscosity ratio with respect to a high-viscosity NCO component, polythiol, and the like are added. Then, the filling of the formulated liquid into the injection mold is performed by a pumping line equipped with a static mixer (stationary mixer) with 5 to 12 elements.SELECTED DRAWING: None
