Abstract:
To provide a control method of a hot press device and the hot press device capable of taking measures at the time of excessive temperature rise of a hot plate corresponding to a molded product or molding conditions.SOLUTION: In a hot press device 12 provided with a plurality of temperature-controlled hot plates 11, there are provided: temperature sensors 20, 25, 28, and 34 for detecting temperature of the hot plates 11 or a flow passage for supplying/discharging a heating medium to/from the hot plates 11; a setting device 41 for setting excessive temperature rise prevention temperature B for defining upper limit temperature at the time of temperature control of the hot plate 11 corresponding to a molded product W or a molding condition S; a control device 15 is provided for stopping or interrupting the temperature control of the hot plate 11 when a direct or indirect detection value by the temperature sensors 20, 25, 28, and 34 becomes the excessive temperature rise prevention temperature or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
