Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation of the captioned oxide superconductor, lower electric resistance in normal conducting state and facilitate the connection to a conductor by depositing an oxide superconductor in partial selection on the single surface of an alloy compact. CONSTITUTION:Only the signal surface 2 of an silver alloy plate 1 including oxide superconductor components and silver is heat-treated in oxidizing atmosphere such as air or oxygen gas. The other surface 3 is not exposed in the oxidizing atmosphere. Therefore, an oxide superconductor is deposited on only the single surface 2. Besides, the other surface 3 becomes rich in silver with lean oxide or no oxide.
