Abstract:
PURPOSE:To display a picture as a still picture again after edition by providing a transmission/reception function capable of mutual transmission and reception to the software of a window system and a software for displaying the moving picture and providing an interface part on an image processor. CONSTITUTION:When the moving instruction of the moving picture is issued by using a pointing device, it is informed through a system bus and an interface part 9 to a software 3 for displaying the moving picture with a transmission/ reception function 7 of a software 1 of a window system. When the instruction is issued from the software 1 of a window system to the software 3 for displaying the moving picture to make still the picture, the software 3 for displaying the moving picture extracts the picture information and sends it to the software 1 of the window system. Thus, the edition is executed by the software 1 of the window system, the display is instructed to the software 3 for displaying the moving picture and thus, the edited still picture can be displayed.
