Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (A is lower alkylene; R<6> is lower alkyl; R<1>-R<5> are H, halogen, alkoxy, nitro or amino, provided that at least one of R<1> and R<5> is nitro). EXAMPLE:N-(N,N-Diethylaminoethyl)-3-chloro-2-nitrobenzamide.hydrochlor ide. USE:A drug having promoting action on movement of digestive tracts without action on central nervous systems. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II or reactive derivative thereof is reacted with a compound expressed by the formula H2N-A-N(R<6>)2 in the presence of a condensing agent (e.g. N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide) in a solvent, such as THF, to afford the compound expressed by formula I.
