Abstract:

PURPOSE:To suppress energy consumption and to improve the convenience of a user by sending out the time slot of an incoming signal in a radio control signal while changing the time slot to a period set in advance for a mobile station when an absence response signal can not be received from a radio base station for prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile station 3 is set at a position where radio waves can not be arrived, the response signal is not sent out from the mobile station 3. Therefore, the CPU 25 of the radio base station 2 judges whether the fixed time set in advance is lapsed after the transmission of the incoming signal or not. After the lapse of the fixed time, the CPU 25 judges whether the incoming signals of fixed number of times are sent out or not. When the signals are not sent out the fixed number of times, the CPU 25 changes the time slot of the incoming signal to the time slot of incoming call (i) determined in advance for the mobile station 3 and repeats the transmission of the incoming signal. When the response signal can not be received even after sending out the incoming signal of the fixed number of times, an incoming disabled signal is sent out to a fixed telephone network 1. Then, the fixed telephone network 1 informs it to a caller that incoming call can not be executed.
