Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remarkably enhance the accuracy in mixing different kinds of rice by correcting the discharge amt. from a second batch on when the discharge amt. of each kind per unit time at a first batch is compared with the set discharge amt. and both amts. are different. CONSTITUTION:Plural weighing units U1-U6 are set above a belt conveyor 2 at regular intervals in the traveling direction of the belt conveyor 2. Specified kinds of rice are weighed by the weighing hopper 6 of the weighing units U1-U6 to the extent of one batch. In this case, a detector 24 for detecting the start and finish of the discharge of one-batch rice is provided to the quantified discharge mechanism 8 of the weighing units U1-U6, and the discharge rate of the quantified discharge mechanism 8 for the weighing units U1-U6 is controlled based on the signals of the start and finish of discharge outputted from the weighing units U1-U6. When the discharge amt. of each kind of rice per unit time at the first batch is different from its set value, the discharge amt. is corrected to the set value from the second batch on, and the different kinds of rice are mixed.
