Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute superposition processing in a short read time by holding first and second accumulating phosphor layers at a photographing position which is opposed to an image recording means, respectively reading and erasing the first or second accumulating phosphor layers with the aid of a first or a second reading and erasing unit. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted so that radiograph information for the superposition processing can be recorded (photographed) on the first and the second accumulating phosphor layers 2B and 2B' at the same time. Besides, by respectively providing the reading and erasing units 4 and 4' which can be reciprocated to the accumulating phosphor layers 2B and 2B', it is constituted so that the radiograph information accumulated and recorded on the respective layers 2B and 2B' can be read and erased in parallel. Thus, the superposition processing can be quickly executed and specially the efficiency of diagnosis operation in group medical examination or the like is improved.
