Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remove the effect of static electricity and noises and improve an SN ratio, and to obtain a reading signal accurately by forming a conductor onto an optoelectric transducer array through a spacer composed of an insulating granular body. CONSTITUTION:A common electrode 7 is shaped onto a light-transmitting substrate 6, and a photoelectric conversion section 8 is formed onto the common electrode 7. Transparent electrodes 9 consisting of ITO, etc., are shaped discretely in the photoelectric conversion sections on the photoelectric conversion sections 6. Leading-out electrodes 10 made up of Cr, Al, etc., are formed separately so as to cover one parts of the transparent electrodes 9. An ITO layer 12 is shaped onto a protective glass plate 11, insulating granular bodies 13 are stuck by an insulating adhesive resin 14, the granular bodies are applied onto the ITO layer 12, the protective glass plate 11 is laminated onto the surface of an optoelectric transducer array, and the resin is cured. Said granular bodies 13 function as a spacer between the ITO layer 12 and the optoelectric transducer array.
